    YI 4K Action Sports Camera, 4K/30fps Video 12MP Raw Image EIS, Live Stream, Voice Control, Waterproof Case - White

    • Good camera with good quality, however it's SD compatibility is an issue, using a sandisk U3 64gb, receommended by Xiaomi, there are various slow card errors, various formats have been done and issue still persists
    • Basically, with 3 different SD cards,and the Yi 4K had problems saving files and would randomly have SD card errors.
    • I got multiple SD card read errors, no SD card errors and about half of my files were corrupted from strange reboots and freezes
    • First I tried it with a Samsung EVO Select 64gb card, but it gave me Slow Card error
    • SanDisk Extreme PLUS Micro SDXC UHS-1 Card with Adapter (SDSQXWG-128G-GN6MA)This card was recognized immediately, and without an SD card error, the first time I inserted it in the Yi 4K.
    • Well there's an issue out there where this camera will throw "Slow Card" errors and will prevent you from recording or even turning off the camera at times.
    • HOWEVER - if powering on the camera in 4K@30fps, the camera will come up with an SD card error, and take 20 seconds to sort itself out.
    • I get a "Slow Card" error all the time and as a result videos are often not synchronized video/sound and the video playback speed will fluctuate throughout the videos while the audio remains at the proper playback speed
    • i have sandisk extreme and pny microSD cards, and i would frequently get SD card errors when powering on the camera
    • Insert a card, as I did, and you may get an error message telling you that there is a card error.
    • I just had a slow card error then locked up yesterday while using their suggested SD card (need to remove the battery so it will turn off)
    • After a very brief SD card error message, was able to check settings and see it show up as 119.2GB of formatted space.

    • i think 54 C is considerably hot for a camera of this type especially during longer usage duration
