Yes it does have a built in TriPod mount but by the time you buy a housing to mount the camera you could have just gotten the GoPro Hero 5 Session and not needed one.

I "think" I get more fisheye on this camera than I do on a family member's GoPro Hero 4, but even when I work with it in 4k video editors it's almost impossible to notice even in still frames much less video playback.

while this camera is an impressive piece of hardware and priced around $100 less than a gopro hero 5, those savings mean nothing if i have to spend more than that to replace all of my microSD cards.

Now admittedly my gimbal motors have gotten a little noisy but my current GoPro Hero 3S does not pick up the sound and has wonderful sound quality.

I still like the GoPro Hero 4 Black and it took great footage but the Yi 4K produced better quality video and I am really impressed

My brother has the GoPro hero 4 silver and the yi 4k was better in all aspects and for the price, its a best buy you can make if you want a action camera
