Eventually, it would turn on but the touch screen was totally unresponsive, and the app could no longer connect and control it from my phone, not to mention the power button no longer working except to turn it on (but nothing else)

Also, I bought this to stream live to facebook and there are zero instructions with the unit on how to do that (although their tech support sent me a link to a third party blog that wrote a post on how to do it that, so far, I haven 't gotten to work).
