Night vision works pretty well even beyond said distance in description.

What really amazes me is the night vision it's like seeing in the dark with no visible lights

The down side to this product is low refresh rate, low quality night vision, max zoom is a pixelated mess, no mounting hardware, and the biggest gripe is that the power cords make poor contact and need to be 4 times longer as well as it can use usb connection but just a paper weight if not using the provided plug adapter

The camera can be controlled by one's iPhone (or any other cell phone, I presume), has "night vision" (one need not leave lights on at night), pans around the room (if you want it to) and sends clear images to your phone

It has a clear picture, night vision, voice and you can speak through the camera.

Don't try using them as a dash cam, as the passive night vision (i.e. through glass) is poor, and any vibration/motion overwhelms the microphone
