    • Often, however, the connection slows to a crawl or stops altogether, for no apparent reason
    • The camera itself does work really well and was fairly easy to set up and sync...once I figured out that my wi-fi internet connection was 5g and this product only supports up to 4g connection.

    • Make sure you have a very good router close by (within 20 ft of the camera and with non-obstructed view), as our router is a KnightHawk and goes up to 5 mghz (however it does not support that high of a speed) and still had spotty connection at times while placing it in a windowsill in the same room (room size estimated at 300-350 sqft)
