it's strong and good armband

While the dimensions allow the iPhone 7 plus to fit, it does not allow you to physically connect earbuds through the hole as it is not lined up in the center and you need to use the adapter (there is not enough room).I use wireless headphones because I truly love this armband to run and lift in, which is why I am giving it 4 stars
