Poor absorbency, terrible smell, had to wash it twice throughly to get rid of the smell

Had a weird smell but I washed it and it came out

The hair towels I received smell horrible!

The negative side, is that the microfiber smells bad, like a wet rag after just one use.

But they had a really gross smell to them when I first opened them out of the packaging

However, this towel has no absorbency (it gets saturated very easily with water), and it gets a weird smell after using it a couple of times.

Cheap microfiber cloths that I use for my kitchen from Target or Walmart is probably softer.- Absorbency: I probably have to have my hair in there for 20-30 minutes to see any visible difference, but it isn't some magical "must-have" product that drastically reduces my hair drying time.- Weird chemically smell upon arrival, but gone after washing

When these arrived, they had a really strange and unpleasant smell

The grey color doesn't have any strong chemical smells as some textures can have

Hopefully I can wash out the horrible smell and actually use it.

And after about a month of using it got a horrible smell to it that multiple washes wouldn’t take out
