When I record in a noisy place, it can cope with the background noise, but it isn't great

While the build quality was very good, when testing, the mic was not that good at picking up my voice and isolating it from the background noises

Would recommend to beginners and only beginners, because the microphone is also really sensitive and easily can pick up background noise

When it did work - picks up background noise.

Sound Quality of the mic is decent for what i paid for it, picks up alot of background noise at times though

Very good with focusing on your voice only and cancelling out background noise

In addition, for a cardioid mic it picks up a lot of background noise to the side and was pretty scratchy

On occasion there was background noise, other times there was terrible sound quality, and other times still the microphone was not even recognized by the iphone at all

So this microphone is best for home recording where background noise is low

I've since moved on from this being my mainstay mic, but I still use it on another PC, as well as with my cell phone.
