These will smudge some inks in my bullet journal (lettcherum 1917) but not the pens that I mainly use (Sharpie pens).

The only problem is that If I don't let my pen dry long enough then the highlighter will smear the pen ink

The ink is much darker and more pigmented than the cold and pastel packs so be aware of that, otherwise the colors are lovely!
