I set up the device and played around with the included app as well as using the device as a midi interface with other synth apps
-
It lost some functionality in a recent update and it makes the device a bit less fictional with apps because it it won't play in the background after about a minute
-
When it can let me play my way instead of its way, the device will be ready for me.
-
I think it is a good instructional device to help guitar learner to build muscle memory
-
While this shouldn't be used in place of a regular guitar, it is a great device to practice beginning scales and chords on the fly when you don't have the room or desire to get out the real thing
-
For anyone that likes to play music, this is an INCREDIBLE device and instrument
-
The Jamstik was perfectly named because it is a fun little device to
-
This is a really fun device
-
I was offered the opportunity to test and review the Jamstik+, a strangle little device that is a fine fit for someone like me: it allows you to learn how to play the guitar without hiring a tutor and without even having an actual guitar
-
The are some reviews that have suggested the device sounds like a toy or can only be played through headphones
-
The lessons are fun, the device was easy to set up and I'm able to go back to develop the basics that I know will help me to play guitar.
-
The device does a great job of encouraging a beginner
-
This is a pretty cool little device... it allows you to learn to play the guitar or play music games on your ipad, phone, or computer.
-
Your brand new Samsung Edge, Note 5 or any other android device will not be compatible
-
This is an awesome device

This is an amazing device

Those Android devices are not very popular.

The Jamstik Plus is an awesome little device
-
The Jamstik+ first and foremost is a unique, easy-to-use, and portable device used for creating music.
-
The jamstik is a pretty cool portable device with some helpful uses, like giving established players a nice portable option.
-
The device itself is nicely solid and has a quality feel (although it favors high tech practicality rather than craft like opulence)The strings are authentically twangy and frets feel like a guitar
-
Hardware is funky - the 4th string buzzes even with no fretting (so can't blame my fingering). The JamTutor lessons are incredibly poorly designed... some chords like D introduced out of the blue in prior lesson's practice lesson before the lesson on the chord, so they have you practice a new out-of-the blue before they explain the fingering

The low E had a similar problem, but was probably closer to dropping only 25%
