The portability of the Jamstik+, the reliably sensitive MIDI pickups, the feel of a well-designed interface, and quick and clean Bluetooth pairing all make this a great tool for experiments such as feeding the same MIDI signal to several apps at once for unique rhythmic patterns and lush arrangements

Once you master guitar skills, you've got an awesome midi controller and practice tool.

This may be the best MIDI experience I have ever had, and I have barely left the Jamstik+ app to get to Garage Band, Loopy and host of others that it plays natively into.

As an experienced guitar player, this electronic guitar does not provide the exact same experience as playing a real one, but it's incredibly close; and with it's capabilities as a solid MIDI controller, sometimes even better

When the jamstik came out I was so excited the world finally had a compact midi guitar that, supposedly, worked wonders for the expert and the beginner player

For the midi frustrated guitarist who wants to get his or her ideas out in programs like GarageBand and protools but don't know how to play keys, it's the perfect little companion

So I don't see any advantage over other midi controllers like You Rock Guitar or a keyboard

It's really a good midi guitar for both learning and music composing

And it's a fun little midi controller when combined with apps that expand the number of

It’s one of the coolest midi controllers I have used

Hardware is funky - the 4th string buzzes even with no fretting (so can't blame my fingering).The JamTutor lessons are incredibly poorly designed... some chords like D introduced out of the blue in prior lesson's practice lesson before the lesson on the chord, so they have you practice a new out-of-the blue before they explain the fingering
