The great thing is the size and the ability to take it on an airplane and a practice using earbuds connected the a smart phone.

I nearly forced myself to try and love this thing

Two most annoying things are you need headphones to plug into iPhone or iPad to hear what you are playing and the latency is way too long from time to strum note to time you hear

I found some improvement reducing the tension in the strings, but getting this thing to respond like a real guitar is hopeless

I play acoustic guitar and when I started guitar one thing became clear very quickly: if I wanted to be even halfway decent I would need to practice every day.

This things pretty cool and a great technical advancement but still has a way to go

If you already know how to play guitar you'll hate this thing

So if you need a silent guitar that you can use to practice in a very confined space like riding in an airplane or in an army barracks, this thing would be useful

Not sure what the negative reviewers were expecting, but this thing is awesome

I received this as a present and I was very excited and thought this was the coolest thing ever!

But since I was having pairing problems, starting with the main app seemed to be the right thing

This thing is awesome I'll be taking it to India with me much easier to take than full size guitar

Learning to play an instrument (like most things) will be more effective is you do it a small amount each day than if you do it a lot sporadically

I use this thing like a mini electric guitar

Helps me stay up with my learning program and picking and Gi Geri g skills development.
