Buttons didn’t work

Buttons don’t work after it is in the case & Apple symbol does not align with the case.

Buttons are to hard to press on the side of the phone

The kickstand was very easy to pull out, not like I heard from other reviewer’s that it was very difficult, and that it broke when attempting to use it
