This recorder does a great job of capturing crisp audio

: I've recorded some musical performances with the device, and the playback is just amazing... it does a pretty good job of capturing the highs and lows as well

The set includes a foam windscreen which, while it doesn't scream of quality, does do its job quite effectively

It does an excellent job of sitting nicely between the H4n and the H6 - changeable capsules and rotary gain settings make a HUGE difference and step up from the H4n

However, this thing does an amazing job with the SGH-6 attached

On board ambient is great and what I like most is even if I get fed a hot signal the h5 does a great job at not letting the audio get distorted.
