I typically plug a shotgun and lav into the inputs when recording my audio and it works flawlessly

The included x/y capsule can accept a 1/8" cable instead of using the mics, which opens up the possibility of seamless podcast recording, overdubbing existing tracks... anything that can send its signal through a 1/8" cable can be captured in fine detail with very little effort

My plan was to use two GoPros to capture the video, and the Zoom to capture the audio since GoPros are known to have not-so-great audio recording quality
