    • Be sure to have a SATA II or higher speed hard drive to capture files
    • Make sure you get a hard drive as this doesn't come with one
    • I bought the hard drive separately, which was also very inexpensive, and I feel so much more secure leaving our business at night knowing this it is monitored 24/7!

    • Installed the $35 500 GB Western Digital hard drive that I purchased separately, hooked the DVR up to an old lcd tv via vga, hooked up cameras, powered it up, followed instructions to format the hard drive, set it to record and watched it work

    • I purchased this system a couple months ago along with a 2TB CCTV Hard drive and 20 inch LED monitor.
    • This system is not worth the hassle of installing your own additional hard drive and dealing with the delays in customer service
