The hardware is solid but the software is horrible and support is bad

Frequently the software looses connectivity to the cameras and has to be stopped and restarted.

The software isn't the most user friendly, but it gets the job done.

day images OK; FOV seems narrower than advertised; lowest motion sensitivity still has hundreds of alarms when there is no movement; no software manual and on line videos very unhelpful; customer service responsive but unhelpful; limited understanding of English makes it difficult to communicate accurately; easy phone app setup and use but images poor even at highest resolution; slow HD; triggered nighttime snapshots have poor resolution

It was easy to install, but the software on this is really bad, laggy, slow and not user friendly

T he customer support is quick via email and I was able to easily update my system through their assistance as well as get answers to any other questions that I had.
