I did have to reinstall and reformat the hard drive which was a hassle, but the system has been working fine since (few weeks).Cameras are very clear during the day

If internet is a problem then buy a more expensive 8 channel system with 4 cameras

This is a great system, great picture and night vision is a lot nicer than I thought it would have been
