Customer support is 10/10 very helpful and fast, OS that the dvr has is not very good but overall for the price its a good entry level system

If the above 2 limitations are not an issue for you, then this is a good system.

I had given this item a 4 stars review saying the cameras are excellent as well as the system, however there a problem when network is disconnected and reconnected online feed does not work until system is rebooted

I’ve been doing hardware and software engineering for decades and have worked on some of the most complex electrical, computer and networking systems and it still took me an inordinate amount of time and trial-and-error to get the software/hardware set up

System doesn’t work cameras don’t work the application is completely lame they put you in the loop
