    • Tech support was a joke.
    • I have had several exchanges with tech support for alarms and hdd issues, and have had good feedback and responses from zosi tech.
    • At first I had a issue with being able to remotley view cameras, after I finally called tech support in America (big plus)
    • Tech support is outside north America
    • Tech support was very Helpful with the app and setting it up so that I could remote view my system.
    • After 2 days with tech support finally got them working last night but all day today the cameras seem mainly offline and can’t connect except occasionally.
    • Still waiting to get it figured out tech support is not that great have to email them to ask then wait for a answer

    • Update 4/2, after spend a lot of emails back and fored, finally their tech support got into my PC to do the configuration remotely and make it to work on IE, for that need to give up a lot of security, for me, personally not like it, but since their rep did really try to help and ask for an extra star, here is an extra star for her great works, thanks moon.

    • The manual is not well written and the tech support by email required me to think a bit differently
    • These updates demand you reach out to tech support, then download an update, then move the update over to the DVR with a thumbnail drive and then reboot the DVR so it updates

    • , the problem is the vendor is based in China and has no tech support except by email, I bought it 3 weeks ago and it worked fine the vendor so far has been responsive via email.
