Mine arrived with a lot of dirt and marks that required extensive scrubbing to clean off, hence the minus star (it might be the fault of the seller Blue Spirit Japan)

I was concerned that the plastic jaw wouldn't cut tape sharp enough (I have arthritis and can't use weak cutting tape dispensers that require too much tugging, I usually stick to metal teeth) but it is fine
