135 Film Scanner High Resolution Slide Viewer,Convert 35mm Film,Negative &Slide to Digital JPEG Save into SD Card, with Slide Mounts Feeder No Computer/Software Required

    • I had an older slide scanner that did not work very well with Windows 10.
    • Tended to jam when scanning slides.
    • I have not been able to figure out if I can connect it to my computer in order to use the computer screen as a monitor for the slides before capturing the image but using a test group of slides, I have been able to set the settings to the desired levels and mass produce digitized slide images for the family to enjoy.
    • Anyway it will turn your wonderful hi resolution slides into images that look like the came from a cheap digital camera from 15 years ago 1.3MP resolution
    • slides were perfect.
    • Easy to load up stack in tray, can use it as emergency slide viewer, don't throw away your kodak slide projector if you want best images on the wall, but looks good enough to put into your digital picture storage.
    • Beyond that, the multiple slide viewer did not work well; sometimes it advanced a slide
    • I love my digital slide
    • Years ago I had used a much more expensive slide scanner which was much more complicated to use and much much slower.
    • Second, when a slide was over the light/sensor assembly, the next slide would not feed but rather jammed up hard
    • Includes adjustable rapid slide feeder; Once you digitize them into JPG files they can be copied, moved, duplicated freely with a simple click of a mouse.• 5/10 Mega Pixel Stand alone Film/Slide, scan film to your SD card(up to 32GB SDHC) or computer in 1800DPI high resolution• USB 2.0 interface Convert Video Cable to TV out feature
    • The slides were camera ready on the USB and we printed photos in minutes of using it.
    • Yes, I've tried all 3 settings each time, for Negative, Positive (slides) and BW Film, all to no avail
    • Most of the time a tap on the top slide is all it takes to get a reluctant slide to fall
    • This one has a stack holder as well as the slide and film tray
    • The slides were much better viewable holding them up to a light.
    • The Capture preference must be changed for a positive (slide) choice every time the film scanner is turned on
    • The rapid slide feeded did not work well for me but may have been because some of the slides were over 50 years old.
    • Stack loader jams if slides are slightly warped.
    • once in a while a slide gets stuck but with a little common sense it works very well.
    • The adjustable rapid slide holder was the only reason I purchased this particular device
    • Plug the USB into your computer, turn it on, set up the type (negative, positive slide), check the resolution and put the media into one of several easy to use feeders
    • coppied 35mm slides to scandisk. works good but a pain in the neck feeding one slide at a time
    • My father took the most amazing slides while he was in the Air Force
    • The rapid slide feeder is getting stuck and is hard to use.
    • Sometimes the slides are finicky, and the pictures can sometimes scan a bit diagonally or with a chunk of black border, but it's nothing I really mind in the grand scheme of things.
    • Good slide and neg scan quality
    • the slides kept jamming and it was very cumbersome to use.
    • The specks in the picture show how critical cleaning the slide or film is to getting a good result
    • I did another 2000 slides this way and it worked good enough
    • After scanning one slide using the loader, when I went to slide a second one thru, the first slide would hang on the edge of the scanner.
    • For example, the "capture" option allows you to select from B&W negatives, color slides or color negatives (in that order), but the options are not labeled and the icons are not intuitive
    • The cradle was difficult to open and the more slides I tried to review, the difficulty of sliding the cradle into the receiving slot increased
    • The rapid slide holder did not work with older slides.
    • Manually removing the slide when stuck is difficult and risks damaging the slide.
    • I had a difficult time figuring out how to switch the mode from b/w, slide print and negative.
    • but I was able to get a rhythm down for using the 4 slide holder that worked fine.
    • The old lg square slides hang up in the injector, but once you get the hang of it that’s a minor drawback
    • I REALLY wish the rapid slide hopper in the photo actually worked correctly!
    • Many older slides, were taken with cameras of the era, so some not as clear.
    • but I have also found that in most cases adjusting the contrast was a mistake unless the slide was very very dark
    • I do not recommend, if the adjustable rapid slide feeder is the reason to purchase.
    • The multi-stack slide inserter does not work very well either, often either pushing a slide into far or not at all
    • That being said, I needed a really simple task accomplished - scan slides, save to memory card
    • For slides it sometimes jams, but easy to clear
    • The rapid slide feeder is too loose
    • The rapid slide holder is worthless as slides jam repeatedly.
    • Plug the USB into your computer, turn it on, set up the type (negative, positive slide), check the resolution and put the media into one of several easy to use feeders
    • The slides weren’t clearly viewable
    • The only caveat is that occasionally the older slides may be a bit warped and need a gently push down to allow them to slide through the feeder, although that is minor once you know what to do
    • Most of the time a tap on the top slide is all it takes to get a reluctant slide to fall
    • Yes, I've tried all 3 settings each time, for Negative, Positive (slides) and BW Film, all to no avail
    • have converted over 200 slides, works really well.
    • I expected to have issues with warped slides per the video
    • It works as advertised sorta but is a bit cumbersome when scanning slides
    • Every time you power on the unit, you have to tell it to use the positive slide view
    • Its clearly an issue with the camera in the unit because my slides look perfect in a projector.
    • Perfect slides would work great but slides are not perfect
    • Digitizing 60 year old slides which are not of the best quality, but this little scanner works great.
    • Converted my slides as promised.
    • worked on color slides great ... had to modify bulk slide carrier due to warping of the cardboard frame on many of my 40 year old slides
    • The DIGITNOW slide/negative scanner works great!
    • Also, the slide mechanism which allows you to scan a stack of slides gets jammed about every 4 slides; it's faster and less hassle to insert the slides 4 at a time into the fixed position holder
    • Slides stick in rapid slide feeder, but that should be expected due to the age of the slides
    • The loading device did not always work properly, slides got stuck and sometimes did not go into the frame properly.
    • I did not want to spend a lot of money to see if the slides were still good
    • I will not retract a star for this because it works as intended with good flat slides in good condition
    • Some darker slides were improved by adjusting the device setting
    • Would of gave 5 stars but the slide mechanism that you use to scan the slides would get jammed from time to time.
    • It sometimes has trouble loading the slides, but I have a lot of old slides that may be causing problems
    • The slides get jammed.
    • I found that it jammed up about every 2 to 3 slides
    • But it elevates the slide just enough to be in focus better than the abysmal multi slide stacker
    • But it elevates the slide just enough to be in focus better than the abysmal multi slide stacker
    • But it elevates the slide just enough to be in focus better than the abysmal multi slide stacker
    • The rapid slide feeded did not work well for me but may have been because some of the slides were over 50 years old.
    • Rapid Slide Feeder could be of better quality
    • This unit captured them digitally so, not only do I get to see them, I can share them with my entire extended family so they can remember “ the good ‘ol days”It’s VERY easy to use and, while it may not be the best quality picture, the slides are not the best either
    • The slides were not clear to view.
    • Some darker slides were improved by adjusting the device setting
    • I was shooting Kodachrome 64 and the original slides are vivid and beautiful
    • One issue with the slides- it will not record a square slide, but is limited to the rectangular slide format
    • All my slides were so blurry and I could not adjust them.
    • So now it is just a very expensive slide reader.
    • Also, instructions (as poor as they are) say that you can stack a few slides for faster feeding, but that doesn't work because the slide mechanism pushes through two slides together
