I had to return the product as the left monitor shocked my ear with electric current when connected to my computer via an external DAC or through the internal soundcard.

After only 3 months, the jack stopped working properly (perhaps a loose connection), and it looks like the supplier only supports their products for 2 months.

and I have tried inserting the ear buds from different angles, but nothing seems to diminish the tingly irritation that happens when ever I use the right earbud...please let me know how I can fix this, and whether or not it is the product's fault, or my ear canals fault.

Given that multiple people experience your product breaking down after a few months its more likely that you're making a defective product which you won't stand behind than wrestling with a black market conspiracy.

DR: Triple Driver version has design flaw that will kill the product in less than 6 month, don't buy it

Not only is the product exceptional (I've tried and owned numerous headphones) but when I accidently dropped my iPad and the insertion plug bent, Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive in replacing the headphones.

1More's triple driver in ear headphone has a good sound quality while it works, but this product has a design flaw that would make it not worth the money you pay

Considering how few other companies consider this issue, it's not surprising, but it would be a fantastic upgrade to an already excellent product.

Considering for the same price you can only get a singer driver from westone, I would highly recommend this product.

I've recently written a review of the Triple Driver earphones and the issue of the failed product has been rectified to my satisfaction

They backpedaled a bit trying to say that the free product offer was in fact for my patience in dealing with customer support, but as you can see in the quote above the offer was clearly conditional on me giving them a "nice review edit"

They really care about delivering a great product to their customers and they wanted me to give their product another chance

What was particularly difficult to overcome was spending such a high amount on a pair of earbuds from a company I had never heard of, just like any other in a sea of Chinese knockoffs and brands that pump out cheap products and oversaturate this market.

Tried these out today, as I bought them over the weekend for use for studying in quiet, when I went unpack the product noticed the tip was damaged, I request product replacement or refund based on this Quality assurance mishap

Don’t get me wrong, the product is worth the price, and the copious amount of extra fittings are there to ensure they fit every ear, but the company could probably reduce the price a few $$$ if they cut the additions by half and simplified the packaging

Went thru Beastie Boys 'Ill Communication' and heard all the background chatter... just amazing with Rap/R&B/Jazz

I don't know if something actually went wrong or if that's normal, but I actually ended up liking it that way b/c the less thumpy bass made the earbuds more suitable for gaming, and music still sounds fine regardless.
