i LOVE this item but it was BROKEN when I received it

It is also good to place various things in there, too.....items to take to someone on a particular day, memo to self about various things, such as a Dr.'s appt, etc...

Looks like a great item, the reviews are pretty good, and the price is right -- but when I was ready to check out, I noticed that the price for shipping is $20.00.
