No QC Amazon? To understand what I am saying look at the images in the item description, the internal threads should look like pyramids, they don't.
-
I had about 1 in 5 didn't have clean threads, and if your hole isn't exactly lined up the threads will strip and bind.
-
Nice threaded inserts
-
The threads are not as smooth as they could/should be and benefit from running a tap through them after installation
-
I build many jigs and fixtures for woodworking and these are the best threaded inserts that I have found
-
These are actually strong enough to use, have legitimate threads, and don't break when installing correctly
-
They do work but the threads are dull, not sharp like shown.
-
I had previously attached the bracket with inferior threaded fasteners
-
Rating low because the internal threads are not strong.
-
The internal threads are sloppy as heck, these are very poorly made and would not meet SAE thread requirement dimensions.
-
They are solid, and threads are sturdy
-
The specs say to use a metric drill, however 11/32" is probably in your drill index and allows the proper thread depth
-
Worked as they should.
