A great little machine for gaming purposes, with a bad display (bad colors, backlight bleeding)

The display is fine

The black levels start to gray out when you look at it from more than, say 45 degrees horizontally (though it is nowhere near as bad as laptop displays that reverse colors at odd angles)

but this was the wrong display to combine with a GTX1060

Firstly, this laptop has a good Full HD 1080P Display , not dim at any region on the laptop and is simply attractive

There is some light leakage around the corners of the screen when displaying backs, but hey, they had to cut quality *somewhere*, and since I have an external monitor I use most of the time it's not that concerning to me

Powerful laptop, very fast, quite and got a nice design but:1- display quality is not as good as the laptop, dimmed picture pale and washed out colors, the display is a major disappointment to the point I had to connect the laptop to an external monitor because picture was annoying and irritating

I was tempted to keep it just to avoid the hassle of the entire return process, but a laptop (even one this big) is mostly about convenience, and I didn't want to be tethered to a second screen all the time, and the native display on the laptop is truly atrocious and unbearable for my eyes

I was a bit worried that several comments stated that the display is dim and a bit disappointed that the fans were not the aero 3d fans.

I have a 6 year old dell inspirion that I payed $800 for, it has some 9th gen low grade GPU and a mediocre display
