• Reviews around bleed (1.91 of 5)

    Acer Predator XB321HK bmiphz 32-inch IPS UHD (3840 x 2160) NVIDIA G-Sync Widescreen Display (2 x 2w speakers, 4- USB 3.0 Ports, HDMI & Display Port)

    • No noticeable IPS glow or blacklight bleed, except for a very small segment near the bottom center of the panel which in itself is very tiny
    • I'll amend my review in the months to come as necessary (Edit: two dead pixels and not too bright backlight bleed, especially from the lower right
    • Other than that good monitor, refresh rate, and picture besides the glow/bleed.
    • The backlight bleed is never a distraction and it's only worse in the bottom left corner, but again, nothing to worry about, everyone has some.5
    • Came perfect out of box, ZERO backlight bleed and ZERO dead pixels
    • Garbage, Light Bleed on the bottom right corner that looks reddish, and the upper left corner, the blacks are so light overall
    • The XB321HK I received had no dead pixels, no extreme backlight bleed and just normal amounts of IPS
    • When Acer accepts to ship out that amount of faulty screens with dead pixels and light bleed, that means one thing, We are Acer and we cannot throw all of these screens in trash, we loose a lot of money, so instead they said, oh lets sell our faulty stuff, some people will get it and get angry, if we get returns we refurbish and sell it again, if totally damaged then that is our loss, but we dont loose all screens' money
    • Very Bad IPS GLOW and backlight bleeding
    • One had ridiculous backlight bleed, and it's insulting that it was even sent out
    • Physically the monitor was fine, no noticeable back light bleed either, but mine came with a dead pixel right in the middle-left, so I had to return it and am waiting on the next one to arrive
    • No dead pixels, minimal backlight bleed, good monitor.
    • - No dead pixels, minimal back light bleed
    • glow / backlight bleed
    • The replacement arrived and this time, it was horrible back-light bleed
    • Not IPS 'glow', but actual bleed that makes the left lower corner of the screen shine nice and bright during any dark scene.
    • when i look to the right side i see reddish blacks and when i look to the upper corner as well, i dont care if the plastic is neat and looks expensive, i care about the screen itself and it is garbage, all of them screens suffers a light bleed, how strong is it is the question and you absolutely going to get light bleed around corners no
    • The light bleed is a known issue for IPS pannels , but the vertical lines were a deal breaker
    • I have no issues of dead pixels or back light bleed
    • No dead pixels, no back-light bleed
    • If you google and read some forums, the Acer supposedly has a slightly updated panel that fixes some of the glow/bleed problems
    • Very Bad IPS GLOW and backlight bleeding
    • The entire left side of my monitor appears with large orange-white "splashes" in each corner and pure white bleeds along the side and bottom.
    • I'll amend my review in the months to come as necessary (Edit: two dead pixels and not too bright backlight bleed, especially from the lower right
    • I might have won the monitor lottery, but I have no dead pixels, no glaring light bleed, the color isn't obviously un-uniform.
    • All have a a very strong bleed in the top left and a much larger almost yellowish area in the bottom right
    • grey-to-grey response time-PriceCons:-TN panel is not nearly as vibrant as IPS and white colors have a distinct yellow tint that is VERY noticeable when not looking at the monitor straight on.-Back light bleed can be bad, luckily mine is limited enough to where it is hardly noticeable.-Built-in speakers are horrible but if you're buying this monitor you probably wouldn't use
    • The number 1 complaint I've seen regarding this brand is the back light bleed, but I have only been able to notice it when turning the monitor off for a brief second.
    • Backlight bleed is really the only downside
    • i really love this monitor, but mine comes with bleeding very bad
    • Got one with no dead pixel and backlight bleed, works perfectly
    • There were no dead pixels, terrible bleed, or bad glow
    • Every panel I've tried has had horrible backlight bleed
    • No dead pixels, and no really light visible bleeding, but then I'm not taking photographs with long exposures of my screen.
    • they 3 had dead likes and all FIVE had what I consider unacceptable light bleed
