First one quit working, love it, but will wait & see if the new one keeps working.

Setup was easy and the device seems to be working well.

There are other reviews similar to mine who mention other (though more expensive brands) of similar equipment, but to me the added cost would be well worth it if the product works and/or the company actually supports their product.

Product worked well for just under two years, then outdoor temperature sensor failed.

I like how this product works but there is one major design problem.

I have since bought a Ambient Weather WS-2902 for my father and it has been working great in Kitty Hawk, NC weather.

The rain gauge works very well so far, but the outside temperature reading during full sun is way higher than actual temp.

The first one worked very well for over 3 years but was damaged by a hail storm

Based on the reviews from others I am not even going to bother working with the customer service.

Also something I did not get to work but would have bothered me if I could get the PC connect to work was that the weather .dat file on the PC only gets updated once every 12 minutes, meaning that if you send data to wundergroundor any of the other internet weather sites, it will only be every 12 minutes between good data points

I have had mine up for about a month now and it seems to be working fairly well.
