I've had this item for about four years and it's been working really well
Based on the reviews from others I am not even going to bother working with the customer service.
Product worked well for just under two years, then outdoor temperature sensor failed.
Also something I did not get to work but would have bothered me if I could get the PC connect to work was that the weather .dat file on the PC only gets updated once every 12 minutes, meaning that if you send data to wundergroundor any of the other internet weather sites, it will only be every 12 minutes between good data points
I have had mine up for about a month now and it seems to be working fairly well.

The base station linked up right away with the sensor not like the Oregon Scientific version that would lose the link with one or more sensors and then never get all of them back
Doesn't have the annoying linking issues older models have.
This is the weak link, and if rainfall amounts are important to you, it would be best to pay more for a more professional system
Main problem is the wireless link for the app, very unreliable despite multiple setups.
