This is "that" case of a crappy quality item made in China and it will fail sooner than you think, Trust me, I never write reviews till now lol

Three reasons I like it:1 - Quality build.2 - Charges phone to 100% while the phone is in heavy use, and holds it at full charge.3 - Built-in short cord plus a USB outlet for another cord of desired length

The audio quality is decent (given my crappy hearing) and I can mostly follow the dialogue without having to read the close captioning all of the time (though it still helps)

I use 5 different bluetooth receivers and this is the only one that doesn't degrade the sound quality.
