Snappy, fast performance after replacing an almost new top branded 1TB hard drive with this SSD

I also have a 1000tb hard drive in this laptop (no cd drive in case you are asking) and for comparison, it comes up with 8.5 MB/SECOND!!!!

If those two bottlenecks can be reduced or eliminated then even the most inexpensive laptop would surprise you how fast it would be--in fact, most people buy laptops (or pc's in general) based on arbitrary CPU model/speed/and latest greatest- and pay no attention to the inexpensive 1TB hard drive that comes in most laptops these days.

I saw aproximately 30 mins more battery runtime under very light use, after replacing a failed (4 year old) WD blue 1TB laptop drive

I am using it along side a 4TB hard drive on my gaming rig and I am very happy with the performance

Very fast performance, went from a 1tb 5200rpm hard drive to this and do not regret it.

I installed this in a Dell 5555 that had a 1tb 5400rph hard drive
