The hydraulic lifting part broke soon after I got the chair, but thankfully I'm not that tall and ends up being the right height.

The back rest provides discomfort and never gets to a comfortable angle or height.

If you're in the right height range, 6' 1" being the tallest, then I would highly recommend this chair

There are excellent back support, height, armrest, and tilt controls easily accessed, and the ventilated back keeps you from getting overheated during long sessions in the chair.
