Love all the customizable positions and comfortable seat.

It took a few days of working with the adjustment levers to find comfortable positions that work for me.

NOT from top position down...it will keep slipping.

the available adjustments are great for dialing in the right position to fit your body frame.

One thing to note (not sure if it's my chair only or others) is that when you adjust the seat's forward/backward position, some of the locking positions aren't 100% sturdy and have this looseness that you can feel if you shift forward/backward really quick (I just found a position that doesn't do that)

I have also fiddled with the customizations and there are some positions where the squeaking is minimized, but not gone, and those positions aren't ideal for me

The tilt adjustment is far too difficult to get into a good position.

I was able to find a good position after 1-2 minutes of playing around and have left the chair in that position

I've seen other reviews mentioning that they couldn't find a comfortable position.

I find it comfortable once you find the right position, but the very loud squeaking and non stop clank every time I move up or down is slowly driving me insane with it being only the second day of having this chair
