I guess I just enjoy playing the drums a lot, so I'm easy to please

Songs to follow along with are good but not really any specifically for beginners, which is why I purchase this drum set as opposed to a $1,000 one because of the fact that I'm not that knowledgable with the drums

In an acoustic set, the snare is perhaps the loudest drum, even with the slightest hit

I abosolutely love these drums, they play so sweet, you can set the kit to different style sound drums as a whole kit or individual triggers.

It was supposed to come to the house in a unmarked package and it came into the house in a box with a picture of a drum set on it which spoiled the Christmas gift surprise for my husband

Saying this, I recommend heartily this drum kit for anyone who is starting out!NOTE FOR PARENTS: Although this is not as loud as a "real" drum set, it's still pretty loud when being played on.

I was expecting a Casio drum sound because of the price, but to my surprise the Alesis DM6 has it very own useful drum kits

Also, you can't play with the same nuance and control as an acoustic set, but for the price it goes a long way to making it seem real enough that I can enjoy it and feel like I'm learning the drums.

It fit s in my apartment nicely, and after taking steps to reduce the impact noise to keep the people downstairs happy, it is a pretty nice drum kit

I recently purchased this kit and while it does not compare with Roland products, it is still a very good drum set!

At that point the drum was useless for any serious use and they did not allow a return
