This set might not be the best for an advanced drummer but for a casual learner like me, it's a great way to keep up the hobby, if you're looking to practice in an apartment minus the sound of an acoustic set

But for beginners it's a perfect way to get your game going in preparation for bigger and better things.

My days of being the next Keith Moon or John Bonham may be long gone, but this kit is an excellent way to revisit past drumming skills and hone some new ones

I think for $300 it should've come with the additional cymbal and tom, as well as, the ability to add new sounds without using the midi option (which just comes from the computer)
