Poor design ...

One has to always use more gear, a potholder, or just wrap one’s own choice of insulation around the handle, destroying the design

Poorly designed, after 4 weeks of use the whistle no longer works

The teapot is also very well designed, heats up water relatively quickly and has an easy-to-grab & hold handle.

The lid is hard to operate and the stopper is not really well-designed.
