Best Buy is sending a tech who they said would arrive this Saturday between 8 and noon

I bought it at Best Buy and am dreading going there to demand a replacement or some kind of reimbursement

Best Buy allowed me to simply exchange the busted tv for an in store model that was the same price

Still, at this price point, and notwithstanding the OS software, I think the Toshiba is a good buy.

So, I came to Amazon, submitted the return request and was able to return it to my local Best Buy who happily took it from me with my printed return label.

From the shipping materials, it is apparently surplus that Best Buy was selling through Amazon, I suspect to make way for a newer model, though I don't know this for a fact

I purchased this tv and made the mistake of not installing it right away, once installed it broke, Amazon only gives a 30-day return policy, Best Buy couldn't help because I didn't by the Geek Squad package
