NEVER buy a tv from Best Buy or Amazon (who sold my tv)

Purchased in October, 2020 for PRIME DAY from Best Buy through Amazon

But no have to return to Best Buy for refund from Best Buy

Be careful if you buy from Best Buy and Amazon support is useless.

Great value, very nice features, and pictures for the money!

I picked up this 50 inch 4k TV for $300 so I still feel the overall value for the money was well worth it

And as far as I've seen this is the best deal on 50 inch smart tv

I purchased this TV on Prime Day 2020 and got a fantastic deal on it for a 55” 4K smart TV, so I will start the review by saying that this TV is a great value if you can find it for under $300

I rarely do reviews but this tv definitely made me do one and is way worth the money I paid, unless it breaks within a few week or months of course lol and I tried taking a picture for this post but its just not as good as it seems in person

I thought to shiva was a good brand and Best Buy with poor customer service.

Toshiba has always been a good brand for me , even after they sold out to Hissense in 2015 .

Great value probably one of the best of the cheaper brands.

This tv has great features and a beautiful picture that is until you get the blue screen of death.

Again this device is not a bad device but it currently has features without any option to remove the said feature if user does not like it.......

Powered up setup was pretty nice but then powered off after setup and would not come back on.

Pulled this out of the box, plugged it in and the entire screen is shattered

Screen was cracked upon arrival and corresponded with an indentation in the box

Like other reviewers my TV arrived with a small dent in the outer box which resulted in a shattered TV screen dead on arrival.

The screen stopped working and it won’t come back on, there had to of been a factory defect because I had it for a week when this happened.

Picture quality is wonderful, would like the sound a little louder, but then I am a bit hard of hearing -- so the sound might be OK.

n’t expect something to work properly for 2 months

Menu navigation is a bit non-intuitive and overall clunky.

Some people mention the storage issue and it is true that there isn't much storage available, but after downloading all the main streaming apps (Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc....

People complain about not seeing 4K. I do get 4K and it looks fine

Some people complain that the stand legs are thin and not sturdy

People who complain about the quality on this budget tv are just negative and probably always just complaining about their lives unless its defective

But therein lies the problem, the audio isnt always working, the sound cuts out a couple of times a week and requires a power cycle to get it back.

The only real problem I encountered was that the TV lost picture 2 times while watching antenna channels

A very unfortunate problem to an otherwise great device.

I like the TV overall but every day I have to reset it for some stupid problem
