The problem is that after we had this for a very short time, maybe 2-3 months time, it randomly loses sound

A very unfortunate problem to an otherwise great device.

But therein lies the problem, the audio isnt always working, the sound cuts out a couple of times a week and requires a power cycle to get it back.

Other people had this problem as well

I like the TV overall but every day I have to reset it for some stupid problem

The only real problem I encountered was that the TV lost picture 2 times while watching antenna channels

but I'm having a weird problem.
