Over time Amazon has made this product worse and worse by restricting software backing.

Aside from inconsistency in the ability to deliver an audio output over internet remotely (a less critical use for me) the product performs well in audio and video quality and resolution, and also in functionality with Echo dot.

The price is too high also for a bad product

I know they will continue to improve their product and the support they provide for just about everything is, in my experience, stellar.-Foreign/unknown connections
