The picture quality is amazing, the sound is super clear picking up noise within the house, the speaker on the device itself no so great when talking 2 way, also all the features I was expecting I have to pay extra for, like person detection, motion zones, you have to pay a monthly subscription fee to unlock those features, once you get the subscription you can set audio alerts such as Baby crying, glass breaking, dogs barking, if those features were included for free it would be a easy 5 STAR RATING, that’s why I gave 4 STARS, great camera though.

The only way I can restore alerts is to turn sound off and back on in camera settings, notifications, cloud cam, sound; once i do that and walk into a room to retest it, the alert is almost always received on my phone but occasionally if I reenter the room five minutes later it may not send an alert until I turn sound off and back on
