The problem and reason for the two star deduction

Because for some unknown reason our purchase of the Echo is not recorded in my past orders so I was forced to place my review here

This really drives me crazy and the reason this I didn't give this 3 stars.

The reason I give 1 star is because for some reason Amazon is ignoring this device with all the new call/communication and multi-room features

The reasoning that it’s not an Echo device is lame

So I like to charge my BT speaker on my nightstand, and if I accidentally forget to turn off the Tap, it and the Echo seem to get confused as to which device should handle the request
