The only negative comment I might have ( & it's not really a neg.) is that when we first got it, my husband didn't like the angle at which you have to insert the paper, but I think that is because he was accustomed to putting it in straight down from the top with our other machines
-
but once I got the right angle I had no problem
-
My only gripe with the machine is the angle in which you need to feed the paper
-
(It’s sturdy but small, so perhaps not best for constant high-volume shredding.)Angle of insertion is NO problem—very easy to get used to
-
Works well, have had for about a year now...the only issue is that the paper does feed into it at an odd angle, the wheels are good, and its easily moved around - I use it on carpet so its a little more inconvenient that on a hard floor, but not enough to aggravate me - however it works fine and shreds into tiny pieces that could not be put together again
-
the angle at which you feed the paper in is kind of awkward
-
Has to be at the right angle to get the paper in there and activate the sensor.
-
I would buy this again - 4 star only because of the odd angle for paper feed.
-
I see what other reviewers meant by the "strange" feed angle.
-
I'm actually liking the angle of feeding items to be shredded.
-
Shreds just fine but the paper must be put in at a very specific (neither comfortable or user friendly) angle for the shredder to work.
-
The angle of the feed slot is awkward and that is why only 4 stars
-
If you don't get the paper in perfectly straight, the shredder works as normal - I even purposefully put a paper in at a terrible angle and the shredder pulled it through with no issues
-
Takes two hands and just the right angle
-
This failed as of about seven light-duty months on the job, probably as a result of a defective switch or wiring
-
I also try to limit the number of sheets to 4-5 max as I get a lot of jams
-
It does the trick and works as it should.
