Sitting in the chair is causing chronic knee and lower back pain to worsen, due to the fact that I have to adopt unnatural body mechanics to keep the chair

seems solid enough, missing a plastic cover on one armrest, kind of a pain to replace the whole chair for a 2 ounce piece of plastic

This chair does have a tilting feature, as my previous chairs had, but this chair will not tilt back sufficiently enough as to allow me to lift my feet off the floor and stay tilted back.
