The charger worked great but after one year the batteries began to loose their ability to hold a charge and I was unable to find replacement batteries sold anywhere near a major metro like Kansas City

Don't get me wrong, I had tried other chargers in the past, but they were either shoddy workmanship and did not last the test of time, or he just wasn't interested in using them because they didn't communicate in a way that indicated that the charger was working or was complete.

I love this charger because it will save me a lot of money instead of buying batteries and the rechargeable batteries last longer than expected.

Overall this worked just as well as my Nyko charger I used for my xbox 360, though admittedly, it is a bit less weighty/solid feeling.

This is honestly a flawless charger and improves over other brand designs by leaps and bounds

but I have to either put it in a different controller to charge it or mess around with it to make it for well enough the charger portion of the battery sticks through

Once it does start charging though, it works as you would expect and charges relatively quickly.

The design of the charging dock is pretty chincy as well as it is incredibly difficult to find the sweet spot for the controller to lock down and begin charging

Only issue is that one of the batter covers doesn't like to stay in place and seems a bit loose, other than that no complaints and works as it should.
