Battery did not fit properly into the controller and even when I forced the battery, constantly worrying I was going to break the controller, the plastic back that came with the battery used to hold the battery inside the controller would not latch closed.

unless you are delicate, you end up knocking the first controller slightly off its charging contacts and have to re-position it

Seating controllers is very difficult.

The controllers don’t set on the charger very sturdily and one side only works if you press down on it

The dock however can be tricky to set the controller on just right

The battery plates fit the controllers well, making a seamless slide onto the charger

Controller rests well and to charge all you have to do is push down.

We use this constantly while rotating controllers through their charges and it works greats every time.

Have never had an issue, and the controller pop-up feature works great.

Only issue I had was the controllers can be a little finicky when trying to set them in the charger.
