Ive had this 8 months and the "leather" has cracked on the arm rests.

2 months later and now the chair leans so far to one

Outstanding have had this for 4 months now nice

I've had chairs from Staples that lasted barely 12 months before a critical failure that wasn't covered by a warranty

This chair barely lasted over 6 months, what GARBAGE!. I Bought a chair from some other store, maybe Walmart (don't remember) that has lasted me for 5 years and it is still around

My chair is 3 months old and one of the retaining nuts inside the seat cushion that holds the arm to the cushion is broken.

You will get 8 months to a year before it fails.

Poor quality chair lasted 11 months, Thank god was so bad broke before 1 year warranty was up
