The plastic covers that cover where the hardware is only lasted between weeks to months (the fit isn't snug enough and since it's just smooth plastic and not silicone or anything with grip, gravity owns it)

Chair arrived with a broken black plastic cover on one side of the base

The back is attached at only two places on the side and held in place by a cheap plastic bracket.

The cheap plastic that covers the whole chair began peeling away little by little

Luckily no parts are missing, but there are several scratches on the leather and the hard plastic,

Its 80% plastic 10% wood 5% fake leather (paper thin) and 5% steel

The casters work as well, but you might want to purchase one of those hard plastic mats if you're going to do lots of rocking and rolling...or you might bottom out in even low pile wall to wall carpeting

Assembling the chair wasn't a major hassle, but there were a few times when the instructions could have been clearer about certain parts (like which handle is R/L, it's not obvious looking at the handles themselves)

I only give 4 stars because the material did rip in a couple places as we were putting it together

9 months later , the fake leather is cracking , the shock piston wont stay all the way up on its own , and now one of the wheels warped the plastic insert on the chair legs and broke as i sat down

All works as it should: smooth gliding, height adjustable, tilting back or locked it place.

Comfy as all get out and was fairly easy to put together.

There is no fix and no replacement without a warranty bit why would you want to warranty something that is guaranteed to break within six months??Worst thing I ever
