I had to cut the vinyl to reach the problem but found the bracket is a large well engineered solid steel plate with plenty of surface area to handle the stresses and the wood is top quality plywood with no voids.

Amazon should really provide better quality products, specially if they are going to put their own NAME on it.

9 months later , the fake leather is cracking , the shock piston wont stay all the way up on its own , and now one of the wheels warped the plastic insert on the chair legs and broke as i sat down

All works as it should: smooth gliding, height adjustable, tilting back or locked it place.

Comfy as all get out and was fairly easy to put together.

Assembling the chair wasn't a major hassle, but there were a few times when the instructions could have been clearer about certain parts (like which handle is R/L, it's not obvious looking at the handles themselves)

There is no fix and no replacement without a warranty bit why would you want to warranty something that is guaranteed to break within six months??Worst thing I ever
