Great support

Great support and comfortable

The cheap plywood support that the base attaches to has deteriorated and the screws don't hold on any longer to support the chair to the base.

Within 6 months the right support holding the back of the chair on ripped out of the thin plywood square composing the base of the chair

Just received my chair today so I can't speak to long term durability, however, it was easy to assemble, the cushion is plump, there is good back support, and its a good height

so I want something that will provide me with ample support and comfort

My husband said it has great lumbar support and this exceeded his expectation

but it will not be ideal for someone if they need a lot of lumbar support or adjustable lumbar support over all good purchase with purchase again.

Solidly built with nice leather, plenty of cushion, good lumbar support, padded arms, good hardware

It is comfortable; it provides good back support; it is adjustable to what height I need

The back support could be better for

Once only ONE of the anchor nuts go out, the back loses all support and falls back

I like how it is adjustable and has firm cushioning to provide good support for the back and legs.

The padding is great, the back support is great, the titling ability is great, and it moves easily while staying very stable.

Excellent support and leather feel, especially for the price - don't bother with the more expensive chairs when this quality is at this price.

This is probably due to lack of adjustable lumbar support, and the lumbar support being pseudo padded.

Good support

Have been using it now for about 3-4 weeks and took about a week to break in the cushion but gives solid support

Repeat--there is NOT sufficient lumbar support in this chair.

I'm not saying this was the sole cause of my current back problems, but this chair doesn't provide good support for my lower back and also has a favored tilt to go backwards, which only makes my sitting posture worse (as opposed to straight upright, which I'm assuming is because it is an "executive chair").What I hoped was going to be a quick, easy, and affordable solution turned out to be a long, complicated, and expensive one
